How can we better manage pain in Parkinson's disease?
Project Summary
Pain in Parkinson's disease is insufficiently relieved. To optimize its management, it is important to differentiate between the different types of pain that may coexist in a single patient. Diagnostic criteria need to be identified to facilitate screening and be able to offer more specific medications. Non-pharmacological interventions must also be evaluated, as they certainly have an important role to play in the management of pain.
